1. Acceptance

By using DinkBracket, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What DinkBracket is

DinkBracket is an AI-powered tournament bracket generator. You provide a tournament description; we generate a bracket. The service is provided as-is.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. You must be 13 or older to use DinkBracket.

4. Acceptable use

Use DinkBracket for lawful purposes only. Don't:

• Abuse the AI generation to produce harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use the service in ways that harm other users or degrade performance

5. Your content

You own the tournament data you create. By using DinkBracket, you grant us a license to store and display that data to operate the service. We don't claim ownership over your brackets.

6. Paid plans

Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with notice. We're not liable for downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of liability

DinkBracket is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.
